| Patea Fire Police |
The Patea Fire Police unit train weekly with the brigade and respond to all calls in conjunction with the brigade. They actively assist in areas of road safety (traffic control) as well as scene protection at fires, lighting as required at all calls, and area evacuation if necessary. The vehicle carrys a variety of scene proetection equipment as well as portable generators, lighting, and some small hand tools.
